Rocky Mountain Minority Contractors Association (RMMCA) is a non-profit organization. The need for this organization is a result of low participation and an almost non-existent pool of qualified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) contractors on roadway/highway work. RMMCA was formed to address this ongoing industry challenge and concern. We have partnered with the Colorado Contractors Association (CCA), which is the largest and most recognized industry trade association for heavy highway and transit–oriented construction contractors in the State of Colorado. It is through this partnership that the pool of qualified DBE’s on horizontal construction projects will be expanded. |
