Organization's Goal and Vision
The Rocky Mountain Minority Contractors Association is organized primarily for developing and expanding the number of minority contractors in the horizontal construction sector. The organization provides a number of programs and services to its member firms, including the following:
- Create a Mentor Protégé program with other industry stakeholders and associations where their members provide appropriate assistance to emerging RMMCA and horizontal construction firms.
- Work with CCA and other industry associations to create training programs to promote the growth and development of RMMCA members.
- Work with CCA and other industry associations on innovative solutions to improve the working relationship between RMMCA members and other industry associations.
- The parties (RMMCA, CCA, etc.) shall establish a timetable of milestones that will measure the progress and effectiveness of any agreements.
- RMMCA will seek innovative solutions to bonding and funding challenges faced by associated members.
