RMMCA GOALS AND VISION

Goals and Vision:

As the State of Colorado continues to grow, it will need additional construction capacity to meet the growing demand for highway, transit and other infrastructure construction projects.  Without the hands-on support, assistance and cooperation of the larger companies in the industry, new and existing DBE firms will continue to face obstacles that will prevent them from growing and developing to a competitive level in the industry.

The Rocky Mountain Minority Contractors Association (RMMCA) is organized exclusively for developing and expanding the number of minority contractors in the horizontal construction sector.  It is the mission of RMMCA to develop the capacity of existing DBE’s, while significantly expanding the pool of qualified DBE contractors on road, transit, infrastructure and horizontal construction projects in the State of Colorado.  This will be achieved through business partnerships, DBE/Prime relationship-building, an effective mentor/protégé program, and training programs.
